The Fall 2010 Act Six application is now available and must be
completed online. Begin your online application now and use the summer to get
a jump start on
the
October 30, 2010 deadline.
New for 2010
Act Six Comes to Yakima Valley,
Partners with Heritage University
With the opening of
Northwest Leadership Foundation Yakima, students from across the
Yakima Valley can now apply for Act Six at
Heritage
University. Located in Toppenish, Heritage will build on
its long investment in local leadership as it selects its first Act
Six cadre.
Tacoma-Seattle Opportunities
For fall 2010 Act Six will offer approximately 25 scholarships to
Pacific Lutheran University,
Northwest University,
Gonzaga
University, and Trinity Lutheran College for emerging urban leaders in
the Tacoma-Seattle region.
Spokane Opportunities
Act Six will offer approximately 14 scholarships this year to
Whitworth
University and Gonzaga
University for emerging urban leaders in greater Spokane.

Act Six Celebrates Cadre Four Graduates
On May 16, the fourth cadre
of Tacoma Act Six scholars
graduated from Whitworth University with records of
distinguished leadership, service and academic achievement. By
December 2010, 35 scholars in the first four
cadres will have earned their bachelor's degree. Meet this
year's graduates and learn more about their impact
on the Whitworth campus and dreams for their community and their
